Hell Yeah! Wrath Of The Dead Rabbit Announced
Abbreviated as HY! WOTDR, Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit is an out-there project from Arkedo Studio that sees gamers playing a vengeful hell rabbit seeking revenge against a fat rabbit who leaked some explicit sex photos onto the hellternet.
The premise sounds ridiculous because the game is ridiculous. Sega is taking a leap out into the unknown with this wacky project as gamers assume the role of Ash, the prince of hell, as he must drill, shoot and blast through any and everything that stands in his way in order to make the fat rabbit pay for leaking those sexy photos onto the hellternet.
The game was originally announced as something Sega had signed into their publishing pipeline back in October of 2011, however details and information on the game itself were withheld, until now.
Camille Guermonprez, Studio Chef at Arkedo Studio simply stated in the press release...
It's really hard to tell exactly what the game will be like based on the zany description of the game but it's being relegated to the Xbox Live Arcade and Sony Entertainment Network, so it's a safe bet to assume the game will be gory in a lighthearted sort of way a little less like MadWorld or ManHunt and potentially closer to the likes of PlayLogic Game Factory's FairyTale Fights.
Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit is set to release later this year for the XBLA, SEN and PC. To keep up to date on the project feel free to visit the Official Arkedo Blog.
