It may be several years before Bethesda makes another Fallout game, so what'll they be doing in the mean time? Making a game for the iPhone, of course.
Fallout 3 executive producer Todd Howard revealed the iPhone project during a New York Comic Con panel discussion on Friday. Unfortunately, confirming the project's existence is all he did. We're not even sure whether it's Fallout, Elder Scrolls, or some new IP.
It's not even clear what their exact role in creating the game would be. In the past, Bethesda has published numerous Elder Scrolls mobile games (the Elder Scrolls Travels series) developed by sister company Vir2L. They also attempted to develop an Elder Scrolls: Oblivion game for PSP but the project disappeared a couple years back.
