Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee New N' Tasty Gameplay Video Shows Graphical Improvements

Just Add Water has released the first gameplay footage for Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee New N' Tasty. As you'd expect from an HD remake, New N' Tasty applies a fresh coat of paint to the original game.

Abe's Oddysee split the game world into a series of isolated screens. However, New 'N Tasty has one seamless world. It all looks a whole lot sexier too, due to the characters becoming 3D models instead of 2D sprites.

JAW revealed this weekend that they're going to tweak the gameplay of the original as well, mostly to make it more accessible. However, the puzzle-platforming action of the original will remain intact. The visual upgrades could turn out to be the most dramatic changes.

New 'N Tasty will be arriving in Autumn 2013 on the PS3, PS Vita, PC and Xbox 360.
