Trekkies will soon have an alternative to Star Trek Online. Star Trek – Infinite Space is set to launch next summer.
Infinite Space is set during the timeline of the TV show Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. It's a casual MMO that will be played via web browser. It's said to be free-to-play, too.
The MMO is being developed by Frankfurt studio Keen Games. Keen's past projects include ANNO 1701 for the DS and the handheld versions of G-Force.
