The Avengers Midnight Screening Tickets Now On Sale

There are quite a few titles coming out this year that can be filed under the category of "highly anticipated." The first one coming up is The Hunger Games, but you also have The Dark Knight Rises, Skyfall, Prometheus, The Amazing Spider-Man, The Hobbit, and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2. Certainly not to be excluded from that list, however, is Joss Whedon's The Avengers. But while you still have to wait until May 4th before you can see it, you can reserve your tickets now.

The official Avengers Facebook page has launched a portion of their site which allows filmgoers to order their tickets for midnight screenings of the superhero movie in select cities. What's more, you can see where The Ultimate Marvel Marathon will be playing in your area and if you live in New York, Chicago, Dallas, Washington DC, Los Angeles, or Philadelphia you will have the chance to pick up a limited edition poster. To buy your tickets, go to this site HERE, click on your city on the map, and go to a buying page where you can select your local theater and purchase your tickets.

The Avengers brings together the powers of Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Captain America (Chris Evans), The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) to stop an invading force led by the god of mischief, Loki (Tom Hiddleston). The movie also co-stars Clark Gregg and Cobie Smulders.
