Green Lantern Trailer To Be Attached To Harry Potter In November

While I can't speak to how many fans of Harry Potter enjoy comic books and fans of comic books enjoy Harry Potter, but on November 19th, with the release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the two worlds will collide. Our own Katey Rich, who is currently standing on the floor of the New York Comic Con, is reporting that DC Comics Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns has announced the first trailer for Green Lantern will be attached to the second to last Harry Potter installment. As of now, the only footage to be shown from the film was at this year's Comic Con, however, that video never found its way online and also didn't show off much, including the suit.

The decision makes perfect sense, frankly. Both movies are being made by Warner Bros., and it's not too uncommon for a studio to stack their tentpoles together in a nice, neat packaging (the timing simply works out too perfectly). So mark the date, comic book fans. Your real first look at Martin Campbell's Green Lantern is only a little more than a month away.
