Last Vegas, the new comedy from director Jon Turtletaub, is starting to come together in a very big way. While the filmmaker has been attached to the project since September of last year, casting has been moving at full speed in recent weeks, starting with the announcement that Michael Douglas had signed on. Most recently Robert De Niro agreed to play a part as well, but now it looks like the third member of the party may have found his way to the film too.

According to Deadline, Morgan Freeman is now in talks to appear as one of the four main characters at the center of Last Vegas. The film's story follows a group of lifelong friends who reunite when the only single man among them (Douglas) finally gets engaged. To celebrate they decide to plan a weekend in Las Vegas, but, as you can imagine, things don't go exactly as planned and things spin out of control. De Niro will be playing the friend who is a bit more party-averse then the rest of the gang, but sadly no details are yet available about the character that Freeman might be playing. The script was written by Dan Fogelman, whose previous credits include Cars, Fred Claus, Bolt, Tangled, and Crazy Stupid Love. Despite their incredibly impressive individual resumes, Douglas, De Niro and Freeman have never worked with each other on any other project.

It looks like there is only one spot remaining in this group, so who would you like to see take it? Leave your thoughts in the comments section below.
