Sequel No Longer Waiting

After the 2005 comedy Waiting came out, there was a bunch of douche bags who thought it would be hilarious to whip out their balls and brain everyone in the entire world. My friends and I were those douche bags. Sorry. In fact, one of my determined and well-balanced buddies even told everyone he was going home, snuck into a bathroom and waited with his balls out for over an hour on top of the sink until I arrived and witnessed the horror. Sadly, phallus flashing is at an all-time low, but that may be about to change.

According to MTV, a sequel to the restaurant romp, entitled Still Waiting, will begin shooting this summer. Supporting stars Andy Milonakis (“Nick”), Alanna Ubach (“Naomi”), and Skyler Stone (“The Line Cook”) will all return, while Justin Long (“Dean”), Anna Faris (“Serena”), and Dane Cook (“Floyd”) are all expected to make cameos. Not much is known about the plot except that it will center around the fictional restaurant Shenanigans which will be riddled with turmoil and an uncertain future. How creative.

I’m really not sure if I should be excited about this or not. I loved Waiting but a lot of it was due to the overwhelming hilarity of Ryan Reynolds, David Koechner, Chi McBride, and especially Luis Guzman. Still, I’ll probably give this one a chance. After all, not many movies indulge my testicle flashing fetish.
