Want To Visit The Avengers: Infinity War Set? Here's How Much It'll Cost You
Following Marvel’s continued success with Captain America: Civil War, comic book fans’ attention has turned to Avengers: Infinity War, which will once again see the superhero posse reunite to save the world in a, hopefully, witty and entertaining fashion. Those of you who can’t wait until the release of Part One of Infinity War in 2018, though, now have the chance to see The Russo Brothers directing Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, et al in the blockbuster in front of your very own eyes. And it will only cost you $8,000. Plus you’ll get an Associate Producer credit for the upcoming independent relationship comedy Dizzy Pursuit.
Filmmaker Jay Alvarez is currently looking to finance his upcoming feature length film, Dizzy Pursuit. Like many of his peers, Alvarez has taken to Indiegogo to raise funds for the film. But to set his campaign apart, Alvarez has taken advantage of the support he’s received from Joe and Anthony Russo, who will be working as Executive Producers on Dizzy Pursuit.
Obviously the Russo Brothers are now hard at work on their own film, Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 & Part 2, which so far hasn’t needed to resort to Indiegogo for financing. Jay Alvarez had the smart idea to use Infinity War to assist his own production, by creating an Indiegogo "perk" entitled The Avengers Experience, which for the small price of $8,000 could see you and 3 of your friends visit the set of Infinity War. The full details of the perk can be read below:
So far Dizzy Pursuit has raised less than $4,000 of its $28,392 target. However, those of you that are interested in this trip to the Infinity War set will still have to act quick, because there is only one available. Or you can become a bona-fide Executive Producer on Dizzy Pursuit, which means that you’ll get every single perk that Jay Avarez and his team are offering. But that will set you back $20,000.
You can head over to Dizzy Pursuit’s Indiegogo page to check out the details for how you can support the film. You can also watch some of Jay Alvarez's short films and learn about why The Russo Brothers have thrown their substantial cinematic clout behind the burgeoning, young filmmaker. I mean, he must be doing something right if the men behind Arrested Development, Community, Captain America: Winter Soldier, and Captain America: Civil War have endorsed him.
