Domestic Trailer For The Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence

What do you get when you combine the Australian trailer for The Human Centipede II: Full Sequence that was released on Monday with the first official still from the film that made its way online on Tuesday? Why, the first domestic trailer, of course! Unlike the preview released earlier this week, the new video contains actual footage from the film, though it does include quite a bit from the first movie as well. Check out the trailer below or watch in in HD over at Yahoo!

Directed by Tom Six, the sequel takes a meta take on the "100% medically accurate" film by centering on a character who is completely obsessed with the notion of sewing three people together anus-to-mouth and decides to give it a go himself - only this time the experiment involves 12 people. Laurence Harvey, in his first feature film, plays the villain, a psychotic named Martin. This trailer doesn't show us much, but the tagline "100% medically INaccurate" is interesting. While the first film isn't really accurate at all, one has to wonder if Six didn't even bother with reality this time around, therefore allowing him to push the limits even further. The film will receive a limited release on October 7th.
