Warning! The following contains spoilers for Jersey Shore Family Vacation's Season 3 premiere. Read at your own risk!

Jersey Shore Family Vacation's Season 3 premiere dove right into major offseason news in its return, as the two-hour premiere detailed the entirety of Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's sentence for tax evasion. That wasn't all that was happening, however, as some added drama kicked off during Mike's day in court when Vinny Guadagnino and Pauly D could not get ahold of Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. Finally, Ronnie showed up at Pauly's house, and he had a black eye and a crazy story.

In a story that somehow evaded the tabloids that have been all over Ronnie's life, the Jersey Shore Family Vacation star claimed he was jumped in a bar parking lot in Secaucus, New Jersey, while out with his outspoken baby mama Jen Harley and her friend. According to his story, a man became upset when he wouldn't do multiple shots with him, and followed him out to his car and hit him in the back of the head.

Ronnie continued and said the resulting struggle sent Jen and her friend into a rage, and that he ended up getting his chain stolen as well. It was a truly crazy story, and one that Pauly D and Vinny both had their doubts about. It was clear to them that Ronnie had been involved in a scuffle, but some things didn't add up.

For example, Ronnie claimed he was hit in the back of the head, yet was sporting a black eye. He also had a considerable scratch mark on the side of his face, which Pauly D seemed to think was done by someone with long nails. Was Ronnie really jumped by a guy in Secaucus, New Jersey, or was there another story behind this incident?

The latter does seem possible, especially considering the timeline of events. A couple weeks after The Situation's sentencing, Ronnie uploaded a picture of his black eye to Instagram with a caption apologizing to friends and family for lying. If we're speculating on what that lie was, it seems plausible he was referring to the story he told the rest of the Jersey Shore Family Vacation cast about that injury when the cameras were rolling.

Shortly after that photo was posted, Jen Harley then shared screenshots of a text conversation in which Ronnie apologized for posting the photo. Among other things, it included admissions that the black eye was a result of an incident in which they were both at fault. At the time it just seemed like standard drama between the couple, but if this all went down the night before The Situation's sentencing, it allows viewers to draw some interesting conclusions.

Provided these events are related, it shows that Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was calling out JWoww for wanting to keep her private life out of the show, all while simultaneously doing the exact same thing. It also shows that more Jen Harley drama is on the horizon for Season 3, considering cameras will probably be rolling when Ronnie posts the truth. The question is though, will he come clean to his friends, and what other drama don't we know about?
