Another episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way has come and gone, and those hoping that things were improving for Brittany Banks and Yazan Abo Horira were ultimately let down. Yazan juggled threats of violence from his father and got into a car accident, while Brittany took the brunt of his frustration and subsequently wondered why any of those issues were her problems. Though she still intends on traveling to Jordan, Brittany seemed to understand the way things have been going with Yazan have not been okay. As she talked to her family about her return trip to Jordan, Brittany Banks was wearing a particular piece of clothing that was a direct callback to an earlier moment in their relationship on the show. Yep, Brittany wasn't just accidentally wearing a shirt with "Tequila por favor" emblazoned on the front. For 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way fans who don't remember, Brittany first arrived in Jordan with an unopened bottle of tequila, which sent Yazan Abo Horira into a fit of rage. That incident sparked a bigger fight that would more or less continue for the entirety of Brittany's trip to Jordan. If it seemed like a weird shirt for someone to wear on camera, let alone to the airport where she was about to get on a flight back to Jordan, it was absolutely intentional.
I've said it several times this season, and I'll probably say it several more before all is said and done: I don't understand why Brittany Banks and Yazan Abo Horira are still together in the show. Both clearly want different things in life, and now that Yazan's father and family are threatening violence over his continued involvement with Brittany, it really doesn't make sense for either of them to continue to try and make this relationship work. Especially after seeing Brittany wearing a shirt meant to insult him while already knowing that things aren't going well in his life, I just can't help but wonder how hard 90 Day Fiancé's producers pushed these two to meet back up in Jordan. (And who got her that shirt?)

The good news is that, as far as I can tell on social media, both have escaped their relationship not too worse for wear. Well, Brittany has allegedly been in the habit of posting things about Yazan's lifestyle that his strict Muslim parents would not approve of. But beyond that, both seem to be happy in their respective and quite different lifestyles.
