Arrow And The Flash Come To Blows In Adrenaline-Filled Crossover Trailer

It was fun watching Barry Allen zipping around and dodging Blackout’s lightning bolts on tonight’s episode of The Flash, but there’s a good chance everyone reading this wants to see just one thing: Flash and Arrow duking it out in next week’s crossover episode “Flash vs. Arrow.” The CW put out this action-packed new trailer to get you going for the next seven days.

If there’s one thing a superhero doesn’t want to hear, it’s that he’s not doing it right. In “Flash vs. Arrow,” Barry is initially in the clouds about having Oliver Queen stop by Central City to do bring some red and green mayhem to the bad guys. But will that be before or after Arrow and Flash get into their back alley tussle in the trailer above? Beyond Oliver’s tough words, Barry also gets shot in the back with a couple of arrows, which is definitely enough to rouse vengeful behavior from anyone. But you’d think these guys would pick a more private arena to do battle in. Wouldn’t it be fun if Flash had to carry Arrow piggyback to a more private location, and then showed off his new power of “speed-breaking all the arrows?”

Though I gotta say, if you’re taking on a guy who says he’s more talented than you are, your best bet for an attack stance isn’t going to be achieved while flying through the air like this.

”the

Maybe that explosion will knock some sense back into him so he can continue to keep Central City safe, instead of afraid. We can’t expect the episode to end in a deathmatch, though, as the two heroes will be teaming up again for an Arrow crossover episode the next night. So catch The Flash’s night one installment “Flash vs. Arrow” on Tuesday, December 2, with Arrow’s “Brave and the Bold” airing on Wednesday, December 3.
