It is always a good thing when Justin Timberlake hosts Saturday Night Live. And, as you may have heard, he's been working on his music lately. NBC's long-running late night sketch comedy series appears to be taking advantage of that by having Timberlake back on the show to host and serve as musical guest next month. He joins Bruno Mars and Justin Bieber among the singers who have pulled double-duty during the current season. But before we see Timberlake back on the show, Kevin Hart will host.

And the good news just keeps on coming. SNL made the wise choice to bring Louis C.K. onto the series last year to host an episode, and early next month, another comedian will host the show, hopefully with similar success. Kevin Hart is set to host the March 2 episode of SNL. Incidentally, that's the next new episode of the series. (There's no new episode this Saturday). This is Hart's hosting debut, but considering he makes a living making people laugh, I'm thinking he'll do just fine. "Thrift Shop" artists Macklemore & Ryan will serve as the musical guest for the episode.

And then there's Timberlake. Hot on the heels of his "Suit & Tie" hit, Justin Timberlake will return to SNL to host and perform on March 9. Not only is this is fifth time hosting, which is a lot for the average artist. Of course, Timberlake's far from average, and he's proven to be especially funny on the series. His return to the show comes almost a decade after his first time hosting and performing back in October 2003. Is it too much to hope that his return will also bring the return of Lonely Island for a new digital short?
