Watch This Montage Of Galavant's Celebrity Guest Stars

We’ve been hearing about ABC’s fairytale event series Galavant for quite some time now. Mainly, we've been hearing the show has some pretty epic guest stars lined up, and today ABC has given us a look at some of the big names who are expected to pop up in the series. Check ‘em out, below.

The program, which ABC is billing as a “comedy extravaganza,” stars Joshua Sasse as Galavant, a hero who is out to take revenge on a man named King Richard. Richard once stole his love, Magdalena (Mallory Janson), and while Galavant is journeying he’ll run into a few strange characters played by famous guest stars. Did I mention Galavant is a musical? With that in mind, it’s no surprise that we’ll get to see Weird Al Yankovich work his magic during the event series.

If you’ve been keeping tabs, you may already know about the next guest star, who is signed on to play a handsome knight with teeth that are honestly way too pearly for the dental healthcare available in medieval times. It's John Stamos, but in the show's defense, you can't cast John Stamos and not let him be handsome.

With Downton Abbey hitting the schedule in just a few days, Hugh Bonneville will be popping up on two channels at midseason. He plays the patriarch of the family on the PBS show, but on Galavant he’ll play… a pirate? He’s actual going to play a pirate king named Peter the Pillager. These guest stints are getting better and better.

Finally, Ricky Gervais is taking a break from Derek to appear in the musical extravaganza. He doesn’t strike me as someone who can sing, but he does look pretty fly in that Galavant costume.
