New DVD Releases: February 2015 In Home Entertainment
February might be a slow month at the movies, but there is still some great stuff headed into homes, thanks to Blu-rays and DVDs. Among these is the long-anticipated Game of Thrones Season 4 release, which will be available to fans later this month.

Ouija 2 Is Happening Because $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Hide your kids and hide your wife, because something truly scary is about to happen. Ouija, the movie about a bunch of teens who mess around with a ouija board that totally sucked, is getting a sequel. And it’ll presumably be just as suck or even suckier than the first.

Weekend Box Office: Nightcrawler and Ouija In Dead Heat For Number One
Halloween had a spate of horror, thriller and just plain creepy dramas in theaters, but none of them performed very well. That might be because getting candy for free going door to door is way better than taking out a second mortgage to be able to afford the kinds sold in movie theaters, but more likely audiences are just saving their pennies for bigger entries set to roll out in the next few weeks.

Why This Halloween Might Be A Disaster For Hollywood
Despite the fact that some truly stellar movies have been coming out since January, the 2014 box office is severely struggling - and the next big holiday on the calendar doesn't look like it will be helping things in the slightest. In fact, analysts are saying that this Halloween may be downright horrific for the movie industry.

This Rotten Week: Predicting John Wick, Ouija And 23 Blast Reviews
I keep waiting for the week when I can get truly excited about what’s coming out. We are getting closer to that feeling, be we aren’t quite there yet. This week we’ve got John Wick, messing with ouija boards and a blind kid playing football. It’s all over the place.

Ouija Used A Fake Psychic And A Corpse To Make This Hysterical Viral Video
The makers of Ouija have released a rather terrifying viral video to promote its upcoming release that proves just how much the paranormal can seep into peoples’ minds. Don’t believe me? Then check out the clip that will truly give you the jeepers.

This New Ouija Trailer Will Scare The Nostalgia Out Of You
For a movie about making contact with the souls of lost loved ones, this new trailer for supernatural chiller Ouija feels oddly soulless. You could make a drinking game centered on all the horror film cliches here.

The Strange, Incestuous Reason Why Paranormal Activity 5 Abandoned Halloween
Paranormal Activity 5 is now Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension, and will open in March of 2015 instead of near Halloween, presumably so Ouija producer Jason Blum doesn't have two horror films opening on the same weekend.

No One Can Escape Death In Ouija Trailer
Ouija begins with the death of a teenage girl. When her surviving friends try to reach out to her using the titular board game, they unwittingly expose themselves to a vicious supernatural presence that will haunt and horrify them…possibly to death.

Ouija Board Horror I Am Zozo Picked Up By Image Entertainment
Perhaps the draw here lies less within the subject matter and more on the person presenting it. The film was directed by Scott DiLalla, who is responsible for a handful of documentaries, most involving motorcycles.

Ouija Movie Hires Writer-Directors, Really Is Happening
In the wake of Battleship's thoroughly mediocre reception earlier this month, it seems insane for any studio to be moving ahead with another movie based on a board game-- and that goes double for Universal, which backed Battleship in the first place. But their Ouija movie is the only part of this mini-genre that actually seems to be moving forward properly

Ouija Movie Back On At Universal, With 2013 Release Date Planned
If they're planning to tweak the script again, they're going to have to move fast-- Universal has announced a 2013 release for the film, which means production should be starting pretty much immediately. Clearly both Universal and Platinum Dunes still see some money in the idea, but I'm a little baffled by this being the one Hasbro project that Universal picks up, after bailing on nearly all of the other ones save Battleship

Ouija Project Finds A New Screenwriter
if we have to get a Ouija movie, Noxon's involvement makes me a lot more interested than I otherwise would have been. Her sharp script was a big reason why the Fright Night remake worked as well as it did, and she's got a proven skill at making supernatural subject matter compelling, funny, and fun. Supposedly the tone they're going for is similar to The Mummy, an old-school family adventure.

Ouija Movie Killed By Universal
The last year or so has seen the Ouija movie stand on some pretty shaky ground. The project originally had director Pierre Morel attached before he dropped out last November and then McG picked it up. On the writing side, Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis (Tron: Legacy) wrote the first draft of the script before both Evan Spiliotopoulos and Simon Kinberg were brought on to take passes at it.

New Writer Makes Us Even Less Interested In The Ouija Movie Than We Thought Possible
The McG-directed Ouija Board movie sounds like precisely the kind of intellectually bankrupt idea that would be mocked on Curb Your Enthusiasm or Entourage; while Michael Bay's Transformers movies have at least boasted impressive new technologies

McG Chosen To Direct The Ouija Board Movie

Ouija Movie Will Be An Indiana Jones-Style Adventure
I'm not really sure why he didn't just compare it to Jumanji, since that seems like the nearest comparison, but I guess they don't want us remembering the primitive mid-90s CGI effects in the process
