Unfortunately, a source near to the show told Cinema Blend Lohan was such a massive bitch during production, they’ve decided not to invite her back. This has left them in a little bit of a bind since a script including her character has already been written. Oh the foibles of being a self-absorbed diva.

According to the well-placed source, Lohan caused massive disruptions on the set during her first appearance, carting a massive entourage around and refusing to smoke in the designated smoke areas. Acting like a stuck-up cunt is one thing--but being a stuck-up cunt who causes cancer is another.
