Team17 is redoing a classic from 1991 called Alien Breed. The game paved the way for the high regarded Alien Shooter series and other corridor action titles. The remake of the near 20-year old classic is called Alien Breed Evolution and it’s due out for the Xbox 360, PC and later on for the PS3.

Team17 is jumping back into the independent publishing scene now that digital distribution accommodates developers better than most (unreliable) publishers/distributors for retail copies. The game will feature the following when it launches on December 16th:
