Today Telltale Games announced an episodic game series based on the Back to the Future films. The series will arrive soon after the film hits Blu-ray on October 26th.

The five-part Back to the Future game series will star Marty McFly and Doc Brown. Telltale acquired the rights to use Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd's likenesses. Lloyd will also be lending his voice. Bob Gale, who co-wrote the films, will assist Telltale with constructing the games' all-new story.

Like any proper BTTF story, the games will feature the DeLorean Time Machine. A replica of the vehicle will be on display at PAX this weekend in Seattle. It'll be at the Convention Center’s South Hall.

Telltale's agreement with NBC Universal also encompasses the Jurassic Park franchise. The game based on that license has yet to be announced.
