It's always fun when films go meta. Be it in Tropic Thunder or Funny People, it's somewhat revealing when studios point out the banality that exists in movie-making. In Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Chris Evans plays Lucas Lee, the biggest movie star in the industry. Thankfully, Universal saw an opportunity there, and they took it.

Empire has posted five posters from the fictional actor's filmography and they're as perfect as you can imagine. Obviously lifting from movies such as Fast and Furious and Mission: Impossible (not to mention the over-use of the blue-orange phenomenon), you wouldn't look twice if you saw these hanging up at your local theater. It should also be noted that any film with a tag-line like "The good news is you're going to live. The bad news is he's going to kill you!" needs to be made immediately.

Check out three of the posters below and head over to Empire to see the rest.
