Among the interesting sounding projects on the horizon is Jeff Eastin’s project for USA. Penned by White Collar‘s Eastin, the yet-to-be-titled hour-long drama will follow a mash-up of law enforcers living together in the same house. While the jury’s still out on the title, there is a bit of casting news for the pilot.

According to Deadline, Aaron Tveit is set to join the cast of the pilot, which “follows agents from various federal and local agencies (DEA, FBI, LAPD) who all live at an undercover house in Southern California.” Tveit, who played a recurring role on Gossip Girl, in addition to performing on Broadway in the stage production of Catch Me If You Can, will pay Mike Warren, a “freshly minted FBI agent,” who’s described as “dripping wet behind the ears.” In other words, he’s young and inexperienced.

This pilot sounds like it could be a great fit for USA, especially with Eastin at the wheel. I’m as interested to hear more casting news for this project as I am for the series to get a title. If they’re taking suggestions, my vote goes to anything with the word “Badges” in it.
