Subscribe To MineCon 2012 Tickets Now On Sale Updates
Starting today you can reserve your spot at MineCon 2012, the convention devoted to all things MineCraft. Mojang is now selling tickets through the event's official site.

MineCon is a place for players of Mojang's open-world building game to meet up with each other. It's also a place to learn; panels and other events will give attendees insights into subjects like building or mod creation. The exhibition floor will offer you chances to buy Minecraft merchandise, get autographs from developers and more.

There will, of course, be an area to play Minecraft and other Mojang titles as well. Tactical RPG Scrolls and side-scroller Cobalt will both be playable. Maybe the company will show off something from 0x10c, too?

This year's convention runs from November 24th and 25th at Disneyland Paris's convention center. This location presents all sorts of other recreational activities for you to enjoy, too. On Saturday evening, MineCon attendees will be able to enter Walt Disney Studios Park free of charge.

Mojang says that they're trying to make this year's event "more interactive and stimulating." They want to avoid another "LineCon" (heh heh). Part of that effort is event design but I'd imagine they're trying to be careful with ticket sales as well.

Case in point: tickets are already sold out. Mojang might release more in the future, though, so keep checking the event's website.
