Zendaya is one of the hottest stars in Hollywood right now, thanks to her starring roles in TV and film (as well as her relationship with Tom Holland). The 29-year-old A-lister recently joked about audiences being sick of her, thanks to her parts in projects like Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Dune: Part Three, Euphoria Season 3, and more. She recently spoke about filming all of those titles basically at the same time, and my head is spinning.
What we know about Dune 3 is limited, but fans are eager to return to Arrakis and catch up with Zendaya's Chani. They're also curious about what comes next for both MJ and Rue, and during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, she spoke about what it was like filming the various projects at the same time. When asked how she did it, The Greatest Showman actress said:
I have no idea. Good scheduling. A good team. No, it was really – it was quite jarring too, because while we were filming Dune, I would then kind of go off and do Spider-Man and then jump back into Dune and then jump back into Spider-Man.
This sounds WILD. Filming any two movies at the same time would be challenging, but the fact that they're both high-budget blockbusters raises the stakes even more. She had to be able to go from MJ to Chani and back again, and without struggling. After all, any issues would cost Warner Bros. and Sony more money. Good thing the Emmy-winning actress has the acting chops to pull that off.

In that same conversation with Fallon, she explained how filming the third season for Euphoria (which will be streaming with an HBO Max subscription) further complicated her shooting schedule. As she put it:
Literally, the day I wrapped Euphoria, it was like four in the morning, and I had a flight in the next few hours to go to Budapest to shoot Dune. So, I was like, ‘Pack my whole life up in one night, and let’s go.’
When does this lady sleep? It's unclear, but we're going to be getting a ton of thrilling performances from Zendaya over the next calendar year. In addition to the three aforementioned projects, she's also got the release of The Drama opposite Robert Pattinson, as well as a role in Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey. It feels like we're not going to be able to turn a corner without seeing Zendaya in another thrilling role, which highlights just how in-demand she is at the moment.
The Drama hits theaters on April 3rd as part of the 2026 movie release list, and Spider-Man: Brand New Day will follow suit on July 31st. As for Euphoria, Season 3 will premiere on April 12th. Now buckle up for the year of Zendaya!
