Fast & Furious 6 Photo Shows Mia And Brian In Trouble

In terms of action and tension, the latest still for Fast & Furious 6 falls somewhere between the guns, explosions, cars and planes featured in the recently released trailer and the more subtle teaser posters, which give us a glimpse of Dom and Brian by their cars. Whatever's happening in this photo from Justin Lin's anticipated sequel, Mia and Brian do not look happy.
The image below was posted earlier today on the Fast & Furious Facebook page, over the caption, "Tension is high with Brian and Mia."
Pictured above are Jordana Brewster (Mia) and Paul Walker (Brian). Mia looks borderline scared and Brian looks concerned, which suggests they're in some kind of trouble. Hardly a major spoiler when you consider the thriller aspect of the film and what we've seen in the trailer, but it's still an exciting and mysterious glimpse of the film. Whether it's something tragically terrible or merely another dangerous obstacle to overcome, we can only guess.
Fast & Furious 6 is something of an all-stars sequel, bringing characters from the previous films in the franchise back together for a high-stakes adventure. In addition to Brewster and Walker, the cast also includes Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Sung Kang, Gal Gadot, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges and Elsa Pataky. Joining them are newcomers to the series, Luke Evans and Gina Carano. The mentioned trailer suggests that whatever this big adventure involves, a successful outcome could offer this group full pardons from their past crimes, allowing them to return home and resume law abiding (isn?) lives. Whether or not that happens (and whether all or most of them make it through it alive) remains to be seen.
Fast & Furious 6 arrives in theaters May 24. More information, photos and videos can be found in our Blend Film Database.
