Watch The Teaser Trailer For The Human Centipede Part 2 (Full Sequence)

When The Human Centipede first hit theaters last spring the talk of a sequel seemed like some kind of sick joke. An even longer sequence of people sewn together by their digestive systems? A doctor even more perverse than the first one? Tom Six, why do you hate us so? But the speculation is true, and even more horrifying, IFC has picked the film up for their IFC Midnight sequence. And to top it all off, they've released a teaser trailer.

No, don't worry, there's no ass-to-mouth going on in the teaser, just director Six himself walking through a parking garage, splattered in blood, speaking in a voiceover that's eerily reminiscent of Tom Hardy's unsettling performance in Bronson. At the end of the spiel he arrives upon one of the lead actors in the film, though since his head is covered in a box, there's not much to see.

The Human Centipede Part 2 (Full Sequence) will hit theaters next year, and in the press release announcing the deal IFC President Jonathan Sehring went a little pun happy: "We look forward to CONNECTING this film to an even bigger audience.” Groan. Six, for his part, promises even more menace: "I like to say PART ONE is like My Little Pony compared to the film we are editing now. IFC Films has been such an incredible partner… I can only hope that they won’t be so disgusted that they try to get out of this new deal.”

Check out the teaser trailer below-- perfectly SFW unless your boss hates fake blood-- which premiered at IFC along with a fascinating interview Matt Singer did with Six himself. Start bracing yourself now for the Full Sequence, coming your way next year whether you like it or not.
