Amber Heard is currently hard at work in London filming Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom alongside Jason Momoa. However, following her ongoing court battles with ex Johnny Depp, there is a segment of people who have been petitioning for the actress to be removed from the Warner Bros sequel. One supporter of the #JusticeForJohnnyDepp movement went all the way to Warner Bros Studios in London this past week to put a sign on display for the internet cause.

In November, Johnny Depp stepped down from the third Fantastic Beasts movie after he lost out on a libel case with The Sun regarding Amber Heard after the publication called the actor a “wife beater.” Since Depp’s firing, fans of the actor have started petitions in hopes of getting Heard removed from Aquaman 2 as well. The latest development in this movement is the posting of a banner at Warner Bros’ Leavesden studios asking for “justice” for Depp. Take a look:

The sign was laid out by YouTuber UnboxPHD, who has made a number of videos about #JusticeForJohnnyDepp. The poster has a large image of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp side by side with “Employed” under Heard’s face and “Fired” under Depp’s.

On the sign, there are speech bubbles around Heard’s face that says “Tell the world that I am also a victim of domestic violence and see who believes you.” The quote is from a piece of audio reportedly recorded during a therapy session between the couple that dropped in February. There are two other sections on the poster, one alleging Heard said that she “did start a physical fight” and the other quoting Heard as saying “I was hitting you!”

Upon the YouTuber placing the sign on the Warner Bros lot, police questioned him and later allowed him to continue to display the sign. Initially, Warner Bros staff were asked to not take pictures of the banner, but the restriction was later “retracted” by the Watford Observer. According to the YouTuber, who has amassed close to 13,000 subscribers, he spoke to WB employees on the lot, some of whom were on Johnny Depp’s side.

Apparently the YouTuber’s intention was simply to get his #JusticeForJohnnyDepp statement out to the Warner Bros lot. He does not describe himself as a “superfan” of Depp’s work, but more as someone who believes there is hypocrisy at play in regards to Depp’s firing and Amber Heard continuing to be employed with the studio following claims against her.

UnboxPHD also plans to go to Fairfax, Virginia in April 2022, where Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s next court case is taking place to protest further on the situation. Heard’s movie Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is filming ahead of the DCEU movie’s release date on December 16, 2022.
