Will Kristen Bell And Dax Shepard Make It Over The Long Haul?

Earlier this week, Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell walked not down the aisle but through the courthouse and into a back room to exchange their I-Dos. By all accounts, they were both elated about finally making it official, and while the pictures haven’t emerged yet, she was supposedly doing her fair share of crying.

On paper, Shepard and Bell have a lot going for their relationship. They’ve been together for six years and have spent the past three engaged, holding off on walking down the aisle until their gay friends in California could tie the knot. In addition, they have a daughter together, Lincoln, and have even worked on the same projects together harmoniously in the past. Added up, it paints the picture of a couple who has their priorities in order and is pretty damn stable.

In practice, however, everything is a whole lot more complicated when it comes to Hollywood relationships. Both Shepard and Bell work quite a bit, and given their popularity, their schedules don’t show any signs of slowing down. I’m not sure anyone has ever done a study on how often relationships in Hollywood end in divorce, but that figure must be astronomically high, partially because it’s so incredibly hard to make time for one another. I really want to believe this marriage is going to last over the long haul, but when it comes to actors and actresses, it’s really hard to put your trust in them.

What do you think? Will this relationship last over the long haul? Let us know your thoughts by voting in the poll below…
