I've been in Seattle for the last three days, and therefore somewhat off the grid and out of the loop, so when last night's amazing, momentous news broke, I wasn't experiencing it on Twitter like I normally would. So it took me until today to realize that apparently The Rock knew about all the big news before anybody did? Check out his twitter feed, which includes a thank-you to all Americans for making Fast Five a huge hit (I'm definitely on board with that), then an announcement 45 minutes before Obama made his live speech that he "just got word that will shock the world." So who is briefing The Rock on major American military operations, and, uh, why?
