If you are looking for a luxury style headphone but more affordable than the Bose offerings, consider the Plantronics Pro 2. We found the sound to be balanced, not quite the bumping bass Beats offer, but a harmonious blend of highs, mids, and lows perfect for all content types. The 24-hour playback time doesn’t cap this list, but still offers great longevity between charges.
What really sold us were the advanced features, like the ability to easily pair and switch between two devices. The option to stream content via a laptop or tablet and easily answer a call on a smartphone if needed is a function we didn’t even know we wanted! The smart sensor that detects and pauses audio by simply removing the headphones is some serious witchcraft, and absolutely life-changing.
