Watch Orange Is The New Black Stars Take On Black Mirror In This Hilarious Netflix Video

Taystee and Poussey are back together again as the ladies from Orange Is The New Black take on one of Black Mirror's best episodes. See the hilarious Netflix video below and continue reading:

So, this video has a bit of a learning curve if you're looking to get the full effect out of it. While this video is still amazing if you're just a fan of Orange Is The New Black, you miss out on a bit of context if you haven't seen the Black Mirror episode "San Junipero". In the episode, the audience learns that the San Junipero the protagonist Yorkie (Taystee) is seen in, is actually a computer server that houses the minds of the dead. Yorkie meets Kelly (Poussey) in the '80s section and the two have a romantic affair via the server. The living can visit San Junipero, but only for five hours a day. Upon their death, folks can choose to have their minds uploaded to the server so that they can live there full time.

If you're a Black Mirror fan who's not current on Orange Is The New Black, perhaps you can connect the dots on what happened to Poussey in Season 4. While we'll obviously never see a reunion like this in Season 5 of OITNB, good on Netflix for making such an awesome video featuring the two shows. "San Junipero" is far and away the most emotional and heartwarming episode of the sci-fi series, and while the twist hits you like the sack of bricks Black Mirror has been known to deliver, it definitely features one of the best endings. I know soon we'll have more Orange Is The New Black to binge, but all I can think about now is how much I want Season 4 of Black Mirror to be available!

Who knows how long the wait for that will be, as no official release date for Black Mirror has been given outside of creator Charlie Brooker's estimation of late 2017. As for Orange Is The New Black, those of you who haven't committed a crime will be able to enjoy Season 5 for the first time when it hits streaming June 9th.
