Much like AMC's original programming, their list of SDCC panels isn't substantial, but it packs a pretty fantastic punch. What the cable network lacks in quantity, it more than makes up for in quality, and this year's line-up is especially exciting, as it includes Breaking Bad.
AMC posted the schedule on their blog this week, stating that The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad and Comic Book Men.
The Walking Dead is getting a much-needed venue upgrade with a move from Ballroom 20, where it was last year, to the much bigger Hall H. It'll be an all-star panel too, with Andrew Lincoln, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun, Lauren Cohan, Denai Guerrero, David Morrisey, Executive Producer and Showrunner Glen Mazzara, Executive Producer Gale Anne Hurd, Executive Producer Robert Kirkman and Co-Executive Producer and Special Effects Make-up Supervisor Greg Nicotero in attendance.
Meanwhile, the timing couldn't be more perfect for the Breaking Bad panel, which will take place in Ballroom 20 on Friday, July 13, just two days ahead of the premiere of the series' fifth and final season on AMC. Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Anna Gunn, Dean Norris, Betsy Brandt, RJ Mitte, Jonathan Banks and Creator and Executive Producer Vince Gilligan will be at the panel, which should be an exciting one, especially so close to the big season premiere.
Finally, like The Walking Dead, Comic Book Men's panel will also be in Hall H and will feature comic super-fan Kevin Smith as he discusses the new season of his unscripted comic-focused series.
