CBS To Send Jason Biggs To Hell

CBS recently picked up a new pilot, titled ‘I’m In Hell’ which is a single-camera comedy set to star Jason Biggs. Biggs, who is most known for his role in the American Pie trilogy has apparently been “actively pursued” for pilots over the last few years. This is probably news to many of us who haven’t seen him since his role in Kevin Smith’s Jersey Girl.

In addition to being a hot commodity on the pilot scene, Hollywood Reporter also reported that Biggs will be seen in the upcoming movies The Pleasure of Your Company and How I Met My Boyfriend’s Dead Fiancée.

The comedy pilot, ‘I’m In Hell’ will be about big-shot Wall Street guy who goes to hell after dying in a BlackBerry-related car crash. As it turns out, hell is full and he is reassigned to earth, stripped of everything he had when he was alive (his job, apartment, money, etc) and forced to fend for himself.

‘I’m In Hell’ wont be the only resurrection-themed series to premiere on CBS during this pilot season. The network also has plans to air a one-hour pilot called ‘Babylon Fields’ which centers on a town where the dead come back to life to pick up where they left off before they died.
