We've already seen Summer Glau (Firefly, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles) and now Wesley Crusher himself, Wil Wheaton (Star Trek: The Next Generation). How do you improve on that? How about one of the babes from Battlestar Galactica?

Originally intended for the role that Glau eventually took, something even better has come up. Not only will BSG's Katee Sackhoff find herself sharing a glass of wine in a bubble bath with Wolowitz (Simon Helberg), of all people, but she might find herself back on the show again in the future, according to USA Today.

I don't want to spoil too much about the episode, except to say that Wolowitz isn't really in the tub with Starbuck. And I'm only willing to spoil that because it leads to this. Katee Sackhoff herself came up with a great idea for how she could become a recurring character on the show.

In her appearance, she's one of Wolowitz's fantasies about hot women of science fiction, but the fantasies are getting in the way of real life. Sackhoff took this concept further, and envisioned herself as a sort of "Number Six" for Wolowitz. The reference has to do with Tricia Helfer's cylon character existing partially within Gaius Baltar's head, offering him advice and counsel on Battlestar Galactica.

Lorre is on board with the idea conceptually, so there's a decent chance that we may see Sackhoff again, if they can work out the logistics of it. What's even better, is the continuing growth and success of the shows means we may get to look forward to more sci-fi vixens appearing on the show. Who would you want to see?
