Here's a great Throwback Thursday video if ever there was one. Hub has provided us with a clip from the beloved 90s sitcom Blossom, which shows off a few notable guest stars from that particular era of television, including a very young Neil Patrick Harris, who was charming us all as the prodigy doctor in Doogie Howser, M.D. in those days.
Variety shared the video above, noting that Hub will air the Blossom episode which features the guest-star-filled segment, on July 11. Titled "Rockumentary," the Blossom Season 2 installment featured an alternate reality that plays out while Blossom is sick with the flu. The dream sequence is full of famous people, including Neil Patrick Harris as Derek Slade. Also among the guest stars in the episode are Dick Clark...
And a very Beverly Hills, 90210-era Tori Spelling...
Donna Martin graduates!
And Married With Children's David Faustino...
And Don King...
Also guest starring in the episode were Warren Littlfield, Dinah Manoff, Dreyfuss, David Cassidy and Wolfgang Puck.
Blossom aired on NBC from 1991 to 1995 and starred Mayim Bialik as a teen girl facing the onset of adolescence with the help of her best friend Six (Jenna von Oy), her brothers Joey (Joey Lawrence) and Tony (Michael Stoyanov), and their single-father Nick (Ted Wass). Since Blossom aired, Mayim Bialik went on to attend UCLA, where she earned her B.S. degree in neuroscience, Hebrew studies and Jewish studies. She later went on to earn her doctorate and Ph.D, while also maintaining an acting career. These days, Bialik can be found playing Dr. Amy Farrah Fowler in CBS' The Big Bang Theory.
