The first season of CIA so far in the 2026 TV schedule has put a lot of focus on Bill (Nick Gehlfuss) and Colin (Tom Ellis) learning to work together in the field as the FBI/CIA odd couple, but a different member of the team is leaving the office soon. Gina (Natalee Linez) is going undercover for an upcoming episode, and Gotham fans will be pleased to see a familiar face by her side. While it remains to be seen if she can talk the talk of an undercover operative, the first-look photos (seen below) indicate that she can walk the walk while under as somebody else.
First things first, though! Gina's big episode is called "Orbital," and will feature Donal Logue of Gotham, Law & Order: SVU, and Grounded for Life fame as Jonah Le'Roux, a retired arms dealer, on April 20. Per CBS, the logline for "Orbital" reads:
When a crashed satellite containing dangerous nuclear material disappears, Bill and Colin work with an undercover Gina to recruit the help of a retired arms dealer to help track it down.
If the description of "Orbital" pointed towards car chases and firefights, Gina being the one selected to go undercover might feel like a stretch. But a crisis involving tech like a crashed satellite? That's much more up Gina's alley than either Bill or Colin, and I'd say she looks different enough in her undercover attire (complete with glasses) that anybody who knows her outside of the CIA might not recognize her.
Check out what appears to be a clandestine conversation between undercover Gina and Colin, after Natalee Linez opened up about her character trusting him the most:
If anything, Gina looks like she put more effort into changing her appearance to go under than Colin usually does! In another image from "Orbital," Donal Logue's character looks a lot less cool and collected than she does. The two appear to be crossing paths in a hotel lobby, if I had to guess, and CIA being much more of a spy show than FBI immediately leads me to wonder what's in the briefcase.
I'm also curious to see if Gina ends up in any action sequences while undercover, especially after what FBI's Shantel VanSanten shared about fight sequences in dresses and high heels. Plus, Gina's battles are usually behind a keyboard rather than in the flesh. As for Colin and Bill, they'll still evidently be partnered up as usual
Whatever will go down in this case without Gina behind the keyboard from start to finish, something will happen that doesn't involve Bill wearing either 1) a suit or 2) an FBI windbreaker on top of a suit. He'll look downright casual (by Bill Goodman standards) in at least one scene:

You can count on seeing the "Orbital" episode of CIA on Monday, April 20 at 10 p.m. ET on CBS, and streaming next day with a Paramount+ subscription. The first season will keep on going until the finale in mid-May, and the early renewal for Season 2 means that CIA doesn't have a spot on our list of the spring's most disappointing TV cancellations so far.
