Weekend Box Office: Divergent Number One, Muppets Not So Wanted After All
Teen-targeted dramas like Hunger Games and Twilight have been cash cows for studios Lionsgate and Summit, but the two studios felt compelled to share the risk when it came to the lastest young adult novel adaptation Divergent. Even though Divergent the first in a series, banked an impressive number one this weekend with $56 million, it fell short of the other mega-franchise movies which have tended to open at $70 million or higher.

The Muppets Celebrate Sequels In New Music Video From Muppets Most Wanted
A funny detail about this song is that it was probably originally going to be the movie's title track... that is, before the title of the movie changed. While the film will be heading to theaters as "Muppets Most Wanted," up until last June the name of the project was "The Muppets...Again, which you'll note are the final lyrics of this song.

Ricky Gervais Smuggles Kermit And Miss Piggy In New Look At The Muppets...Again!
The combination of the Muppets and Ricky Gervais could very well be a genius one. The Muppets classically represent everything that is happy and awesome in this world, while Gervais is widely known for his deep, deep cynicism. It should be fascinating to see how their personalities clash on screen - but sadly there's probably a long wait ahead of us before we get to see any actual footage.

Christoph Waltz Might Still Cameo In The Muppets Sequel
It was Waltz’s busy schedule that reportedly was going to keep him out of filming the larger role in the planned sequel, but if director James Bobin can find some room for him, we’re willing to take what little bit we can get. Waltz is such a no-nonsense guy, we’d love to see him let his hair down, so to speak, for a silly dance number with Piggy.

The Muppets Sequel Won't Have Jason Segel, But Walter Will Return
The creation of Walter was an inspired way to re-introduce the Muppets, establishing their past through an admiring fan that ultimately makes his own Rainbow Connection. However, Walter as a character isn't nearly as engaging or memorable as the classic Muppets, so it's a smart move to shuffle him into the supporting players and put Kermit back in his place as the Muppet movies' emotional center.
