Batman: Arkham Knight Will Add Dark Knight's Tumbler

Bruce Wayne is a rich dude, so it makes sense that the Batcave’s garage in Arkham Knight would be fully stocked. And now that the 1989 movie Batmobile has been added to the lineup, the next piece of machinery we have to look forward to is none other than the Tumbler from the 2008 Dark Knight movie.

Announced as part of the Arkham Knight Season Pass, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today revealed that the Caped Crusader will soon be rolling in style courtesy of an upcoming DLC pack sporting the Tumbler.

This latest piece of Bat-news comes to us in the form of a new Bat-trailer showing off a bunch of post-launch content. At the end of said trailer, you’ll catch your first glimpse of the Tumbler in action.

While Arkham Kniht is already a pretty meaty action game, the team at Rocksteady Studios have been keeping the DLC coming, boasting everything from a side story featuring Batgirl to the much more recently released 1989 movie Batmobile. There’s also the Bat-Family Skin Pack, boasting six alternate skins such as 1990s Catwoman, Arkham Origins Batman, the 1970s Batman and even a couple of skins featuring One Year Later Robin and Original Arkham Knightwing.

As mentioned earlier, all of that content is available right this very minute as part of the Arkham Knight Season Pass. Otherwise, you can grab each piece of content for $1.99 a pop. But that’s not where the DLC train comes to a stop, as Warner Bros. today announced plans for September’s additional content, including that Tumbler we were just talking about.

On Sept. 1, the Crime Fighter Challenge Pack #1 will offer six new AR challenges for Bats, Nightwing, Robin and Catwoman to tackle. Expect special training in Freeflow Combat, as well as Invisible Predator stealth missions from this update.

Later on in September, you can look forward to the GCPD Lockdown pack. This mission set takes place after the main campaign and features Nightwing on a quest to stop the Penguin from breaking out of jail.

That Tumbler pack we’ve been going on about will follow even later in September, boasting the new wheels as well as a pair of new themed tracks for you to tackle.

Finally, presumably during the last week of Septmber, you can look forward to the Origional Arkham Batman Skin. You get three guesses as to what that DLC will include and the first two don’t count.
