Crytek: Crysis 2 Is The Same On Xbox 360 And PS3

There's some chatter among gaming sites that the PS3 version of Crysis 2 has frame rate issues and runs at a lower resolution than the Xbox 360 iteration. Crytek obviously disagrees with this judgment.

"I’ve gone on the record saying that if you stick PS3 and 360 side by side I would challenge anyone to find any meaningful difference. I don’t see it at all," said executive producer Nathan Camarillo in an interview on PlayStation.Blog.

It's in the developer's best interest to say that every version of the game is worth spending money on so this might not sway people. We'll find out soon enough, though, won't we? The game's out on March 22nd here in North America.
