GTA V Pre-Order Earns You 1600 Microsoft Points

The Microsoft Store is offering a sweet reward for customers who pre-order Xbox 360 gamers. Reserving a copy of certain big releases will earn you 1600 free Microsoft Points.

Have you ever bought anything through the Microsoft Store? I've owned an Xbox 360 for 6 years and a PC for even longer than that and haven't ever used their store. This pre-order bonus might be enough to make me reconsider, though. Twenty bucks' worth of Microsoft Points goes a long way.

The free MS Points offer is good in the US (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. The deal will only be available until April 6th. Obviously you'll need to pre-order a specific game before it's actually released, though. You can get the bonus points for up to three games.
