Today GameStop announced the online and retail discounts for the last week of holiday shopping. Gamers are faced with some pretty tempting offers.
Metal Gear Solid 4, normally $29.99, is $19.99 from now until December 24th. The Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires's price has been reduced to $19.99 from $39.99 for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Oh, and uh, iCarly for the DS is now only $20. Sounds like a good Christmas pick-up for your niece. If you purchase World of Warcraft, you'll get its first expansion (The Burning Crusade) for free. Burning Crusade adds the world of Outland to the game and raises the level cap from 60 to 70. You'll need it if you want to play the second expansion, Wrath of the Lich King. The WoW deal is only available online, while all the others apply solely to in-store purchases. You can check out the full list of weekly discounts here, but be warned that the ones I highlighted are the best of the bunch. |
