Deadpool Set Video Shows Off A Sweet And Seemingly Dangerous Stunt

The fact that Deadpool can heal himself from practically any wound means that the guy really goes all out in battle, regularly willing to sacrifice his own body for the kill. As a result, we should see some rather awesome stunts present in the upcoming film about the Marvel Comics character, and now a new set video has arrive highlighting some of that work:

This video comes to us from the YouTube account Torry Courte Film, and they were able to capture a seriously impactful moment on the set of Deadpool (pun entirely intentional). It's hard to tell if what we're looking at is Ryan Reynolds going for a ride on a pulley system (probably not), but whoever it is winds up hitting that car pretty damn hard. It's not entirely clear what is causing the character go be blown back in such a fashion, but it looks like he's being hit with something - be it the force wave of an explosion or car not looking at where it's going. Of course, while it takes the person performing the stunt a minute or two to recover, Deadpool would take this hit pretty easily and just keep moving (it doesn't hurt that he's entirely insane).

Adding a bit more fun into the mix is the fact that this isn't the only set video that this YouTube account has loaded online. The person with the camera also captured what appears to be a fun behind the scenes moment that features one of the stuntmen - in full Deadpool gear - trying to do what appears to be a bit of stylish break dancing. You can check that one out below:

Clearly the moves aren't entirely successful, but one still has to give the guy a lot of credit. Before he lands on his back, he does manage to show off a decent amount of skill.

In case you couldn't tell, director Tim Miller's Deadpool is currently in the midst of production, currently shooting up in Vancouver, Canada - which also happens to be star Ryan Reynolds' home city. The stellar supporting cast in the movie - who we really haven't seen much of yet - includes T.J. Miller as Weasel, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa a.k.a. Copycat, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Ed Skrien as the villainous Ajax a.k.a. Francis.. Shooting is expected to continue for the new few weeks, and it won't be long until 20th Century Fox will be ready to deliver the flick in theaters on February 12, 2016.
