Hit The Road With Viggo Mortensen On Blu-Ray And DVD April 25th

The end of the world is by no means an unexplored subject matter when it comes to the silver screen. Hollywood has chronicled our destruction by just about every means conceivable, from zombie plagues to the Earth's core overheating. What doomed us all in the world of The Road is never explained; in fact it's rather beside the point. Based on the novel by Cormac McCarthy, The Road is unconcerned with the big questions of the hows and the whys, and instead focuses on the very personal story of a father (Viggo Mortensen) and son (Kodi Smit-McPhee) struggling to survive. You can read Josh Tyler's review right here.
