Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer Trailer Rains Death From Above

The Call of Duty games' single-player campaigns might be entertaining but the multiplayer offering is what's established the series as a top shooter. The first trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 suggests that they'll be keeping the winning formula intact but adding a few cool wrinkles to it.

When you rack up a streak of kills without dying in MW2, you'll be able to unleash a special killstreak abilities like in previous games. However, this time around, you'll be able to choose what type of killstreak abilities you can use. Remember that level of Call of Duty 4 where you manned the guns of an AC-130 gunship? Well, in Modern Warfare 2 you'll be able to call in an AC-130 and then take control of their turrets to mow down your opponents.

MW2 will be released on November 10th. We'll see a lot more trailers between now and then.
