Alan Rickman Has A Lion And Cameron Diaz Rides A Suitcase In New Gambit Character Posters

CBS Films recently moved the upcoming Coen brother-scripted remake of Gambit to a mysterious date sometime in winter 2013, but the movie is still on target for a release this fall in the UK. Folks over there will get the earliest chance to see the Colin Firth-Cameron Diaz heist comedy, and today they've gotten a collection of new character posters in anticipation of the November 21st weekend.
All three character one-sheets were posted over on Orange and you can see them full size over there.
Based on the 1966 film with Michael Caine and Shirley MacLaine, the Michael Hoffman-directed remake stars Firth as Harry Deane, an art curator who wishes revenge on his horrible, abusive boss (Alan Rickman). He creates a scheme in which he plans to sell the villain a fake Monet, but in order to pull the con off he needs the help of a Texas rodeo queen named PJ Puznowki (Diaz). The movie is Hoffman's first since 2009's Oscar-nominated The Last Station, and Stanley Tucci and Clori Leachman co-star. While we're not yet sure when we will actually get the chance to see the movie, you can read more about it in our Blend Film Database.
