Doctors are constantly telling us that losing weight is good for those of us with a little extra around the middle. It improves your energy, is good for your heart and improves over all health. It can also get you fired from your job.
Brian Cox, best known lately as William Stryker from X2 and Ward Abbott from the Jason Bourne movies, had been cast as the voice of Aslan in the upcoming The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. According to the New Zealand Herald Cox has been canned from that role as his voice changed after losing some weight. Darn you Jenny Craig!
No word yet on who will take Cox' place. Director Andrew Adamson is reportedly looking for a younger voice to play the role.
