Kevin Federline’s Brother Christopher Claims He Impregnated Britney Spears

Britney Spears has dealt with her share of wild tabloid stories and frivolous claims in the past, but I’m not sure she’s ever encountered any allegation as strange as what she was hit with earlier this month. In a one-page petition filed by her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s brother Christopher, the pop star is accused of stealing a credit card in order to charge almost five thousand dollars worth of comic books for her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

According to E! Online, Federline claims in his suit that he talked to Spears about taking his Capital One card, and she supposedly told him not to tell anyone about what happened or she’d tell everyone Christopher, not Kevin, is Sean Preston’s real father.

I haven’t the slightest idea why Britney would be willing to expose this alleged truth about her children, but considering that minor motivation confusion is far from the most ludicrous thing about this story, I suppose it’s not really worth thinking about. Instead, let’s focus on the fact that Britney has millions of dollars in the bank, and yet, Federline is still allegedly convinced she stole less than five grand.

After receiving the case on December 18, Judge Steven D Merryday looked over the facts and dismissed it two days later. It’s unclear whether anyone involved will try to push the matter further either publically or legally, but if anything happens, we’ll keep you updated.
