Marc Anthony is reportedly facing another divorce. Exactly one week after his two-year anniversary with wife Shannon De Lima, sources are now coming forward to say that the couple is splitting up.
E! News cites three separate sources as confirming that the 48-year-old Grammy winner and the 28-year-old model have separated recently. If the couple files for divorce, it would be Marc Anthony's third divorce to date, after divorcing former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres in 2004 and then Jennifer Lopez in 2012.
Marc Anthony began dating Shannon de Lima back in 2012, just a few months after he and Jennifer Lopez announced their separation and intention to divorce. The pair continued to date until Anthony's divorce from Lopez was finalized in 2014, and then they got married a few months later in the Dominican Republic. De Lima appeared as Anthony's love interest in his 2013 music video for "Flor Pálida."
Crazily enough, Marc Anthony was already making headlines on Friday before his separation was even announced due to a romantic reunion with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez. On Thursday night, Anthony performed a duet with Lopez and presented her with the person of the year award at the Latin Grammy Awards. He finished off his speech in Lopez's honor by sharing a kiss with her, which caused a lot of buzz among fans.
Could we be getting a JLo and Marc Anthony marriage part two? Well, probably not. After noticing all the speculation surrounding the kiss, Anthony diffused its impact by showing that a kiss isn't really that big of a deal. On Friday morning, Anthony posted six different photos on his Instagram page that show him kissing different members of his team.
...and that includes the men.
The photos were taken to be a response to fans and media spreading rumors that the famous couple would reunite following their on-stage kiss. So we might not see Marc Anthony and JLo back together anytime soon, but in the meantime it looks like the newly single Anthony is not going to have any trouble finding people to lock lips with.
