The list of people who don’t really get Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus’ relationship is long. In fact, rarely do months go by without at least a few rumors circulating about the couple’s engagement heading toward cancellation. If the latest whisper is to be believed, however, the group of people on the disapproving list may include at least two people that really matter.
According to US Weekly, Liam’s brothers Chris and Luke got so fed up with the rocky nature of the actors’ relationship that they staged an intervention back in April to let the Hunger Games star know how much they disapprove. Considering no one has spoken on the record, it’s unclear whether that intervention was more of a dude-get-your-shit-together conversation, a formal family talk or a complete figment of the outlet’s imagination. Regardless, it’s a story that’s started getting a whole lot of traction, and it really does seem to match the facts.
Over the past month or so, Miley and Liam have started hanging out less. In fact, the change has been so noticeable Miley commented on it during an interview with V Magazine. To her, it’s not a big deal that she and Liam have cut back some. In fact, she even thinks it’s healthy, but for those who think Thor and company really did hold this intervention, it’s clearly a solid piece of evidence.
What do you think? Did Chris and Luke actually sit their brother down and talk to him about his rocky relationship? Let us know your thoughts by voting in the poll below…
