It’s only been a few weeks since Taylor Swift dropped her latest album, Red, and already the album has been crushing in the charts, hitting number 1 in its first week and selling 1.208 copies during that same span of time. Despite the dominance of Red, Swift may have another sort of ginger on her mind.

In usual overshare style, the 22-year-old pop star recently discussed album collaborator Ed Sheeran, whom she worked on a track with for her colorfully titled album. The 21-year-old artist will be touring with Swift over the next several months, and as a tribute—or just because it’s a brazen thing to do—Sheeran had the word “Red” tattooed on his upper arm in bold letters.

According to Capital FM, Swift revealed on the Brit program Chatty Man that, while she has admiration for Sheeran’s tattoo, when it comes to a potential romance with the singer there’s just no chemistry, despite the hair color. The singer and songwriter is down with dudes with darker hair—like former beau Conor Kennedy—and she's even into redheads (just not all redheads)!
"I like people with red hair, I would do a ginger.

The singer may have been on Chatty Man, but she was a chatty gal during the program, even noting a particular redhead she finds pleasing. Swift says Rupert Grint, the actor who plays Ron in the Harry Potter franchise, is just her type. I guess she just has ‘red’ thoughts on the brain.
