Subscribe To What Vin Diesel Thinks Of The New Fast And Furious Ride Updates
Furious 7 showed off quite the impressive numbers at the box office in the recent months. Just a couple weeks ago, the Fast & Furious installment shattered box office records abroad and though the highly anticipated Avengers: Age of Ultron release has held the early momentum to surpass the car-chase franchise’s latest stunt, the excitement behind the film is still rearing. Just in time for the Furious experience, too. And who better to pump up fans for the Universal Studios theme park attraction than the leader of the Furious, pack, Vin Diesel, who has nothing but high acclaim for the ride.

Though fans unfortunately won’t get to sit aside Vin Diesel as they reach insane speeds, the Furious experience will allow fans to strap themselves front seat in “Fast & Furious—Supercharged”. And in a statement, via EW, Vin Diesel claims it is the perfect way to fulfill every Fast fans dream to go full throttle.
Once you go on the ride, it’s an opportunity to physically feel some of the adrenaline that we feel everyday while we’re filming.

The theme park attraction is will be opened for fans at Universal Studios Hollywood on June 25 and will try to recreate the thrill of underground street racing. The ride simulates speeds of 120 miles per hour and will feature stars of the films including Tyrese, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Michelle Rodriguez. The attraction promises never-before-seen footage of the actors doing crazy stunts in what fits as the grand finale to the theme park’s behind-the-scenes Studio Tour.

The hope is to give guests an opportunity to feel like they were a part of the Fast & Furious films, behind the driver’s seat and all. Michelle Rodriguez added that “it’s really a sensory-driven experience.”

Fast & Furious 7 is still currently in theaters and a few weeks ago Vin Diesel confirmed that there would indeed be another installment. After Furious 7 past the billion dollar mark, it was pretty much an inevitable announcement. But we can look forward to yet another big screen ride in the fast lane when Fast & Furious 8 hits theaters on April 14, 2017.
